The Department Chairs are leaders in their departments. As leaders, they hold ongoing meetings with their departmental colleagues, focusing the discussion around the department's priorities, written by the Chair(s) themselves. The priorities form part of the Jones College Prep Strategic Plan which can be found under the Info link of the Jones' website.
